I wrote this two and a half years ago, now I'm checking the correctness of my thoughts – everything is correct. This is more about the place where I live – in the Crimea.

Nothing, if that's what it is. But it is necessary to start obviously with one phrase attributed to Voltaire, but in reality – belonging to the English writer Evelyn Hall (1868-1956):

"I don't agree with a single word you say, but I'm ready to die for your right to say it."

Or: "I do not share your beliefs, but I am ready to die for your right to express them," as literary translations, and the original text is as follows: "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it" (literally – I do not approve of what you say but I will defend to the death your right to say it).

This expresses the principle of democracy, self-expression, personality, freedom, striving for perfection, deep respect for one's neighbor and recognition of equality. That's a strong word. Although I can change my opinion three times a day. I'm kidding – more. I'm joking again – constantly. Also, I laugh – no one ever changes their opinion, no matter how hard they try at school or at work – it's in the genes, a well-known fact. Even, under the Soviet regime, they wrote.

If you don't know anything about the topic of interest, you need to collect information. If possible, the largest, all, and it is desirable to use reliable sources, depending on the topic.

I think that global changes, the so-called unification, are waiting for the world in the near future. "Coronavirus" is an invented reason; it was immediately noticeable. I didn't want to talk about it before.

It seems to me that at the moment it is not worth everyone to get into a rage, give in to panic, and beat their foreheads to follow idiotic instructions on the spot. Do not lose human dignity (who has it), and continue to live an ordinary life – who knows what they are planning and what it will lead to? It was immediately clear that this was an international decision – they brought the record – then there was a lot of garbage, then tourists, then medicine was not like that, then children did not want to study, then they ate a lot, and not what they would like – bugs, worms. And engineers, economists, mechanics were removed altogether. Obviously, the redistribution of the world and the change of the management system has been conceived and is now being implemented. Maybe there will be a monetary reform or its replacement. Great Britain, and not today – 75 years ago announced the construction of socialism, and Russia intercepted, misrepresented and, not a little disgraced, not to mention that, vulgarized. If, in Russia, then underdeveloped officials, from the lower strata of the population, who have infiltrated, bought places, etc., beat their foreheads to fulfill the instructions of the government, but since they are not naturally endowed with consideration, but only with "savvy", there are, to put it mildly, distortions on the ground, including the usual elements of terror to the population. They have no other ways, in this zoo. I don't think the federal government doesn't know anything – they are invited to international meetings and forced to join the single economic system. But they're fine as it is. It is not for nothing that the UK left the European Union – now they will "build" Europe and divide it between France, Great Britain and Germany, which they have been striving for many centuries. There are countless confirmations of everything. And, believe less propaganda on the ground – wait and see what happens. Something interesting is expected (perhaps). Russian and Ukrainian figures, if they do not rebuild, and most likely will not be able to do it, are deeply mired in everything, their system will collapse overnight. It seems to me that a lot can already be assumed, but I'm too lazy to waste time on a description. Later I will give an interesting observation on the housing and communal services industry, and it will almost become clear what is happening and why.

About the reduction of resources

The state has requirements for the reduction by state (municipal) institutions in comparable conditions of the total volume of diesel and other fuels consumed by them, fuel oil, natural gas, thermal energy, electric energy, coal, as well as the volume of water consumed by them. Only, journalists never talk about it, because of their interests, or – development, but they have bosses – that's why. I have no doubt that this is due to the comparable contribution of each state to climate conservation, postponement if possible. I also have no doubt that the shutdown of factories and many enterprises since the beginning of "perestroika", which everyone cried about, is a consequence of this program. We don't need factories where they don't want to work and steal everything. In addition, the requirements for technology and demand in the global market are changing. And how to explain it to everyone? Yes, nothing. They take it, but they do it. The next stage, under the cover of the coronavirus. By the way, it stands for, it is understood as, quote: "The second version of the plot is known in Greek literature as a tragedy of three acts: coroV (satiety), nbriV (unbridled) and ath (madness). In the future, there will be changes. In general, all this is consistently set out in a story that no one is interested in, unfortunately.

What science says

I managed to collect excerpts from various books, the works of the world-famous microbiologist Isaac Asimov about viruses. His opinion, like no one else, should be listened to – he was already recognized as a genius at the age of sixteen. In a country like the USA, it is very, very difficult. Reading about viruses and science is somewhat tedious and unusual for an unprepared person, but it is written in a popular scientific form that is understandable to anyone (to comprehend the truth). There are many pages, therefore, separately. It is very important.

"Life depends on the fact that a certain bacterium can break down a nitrogen molecule. Man, having learned to do the same on a larger scale, has created important technological processes. Dioxins also invade the complex functioning of the endocrine glands. They interfere with the reproductive function, dramatically slowing down puberty and often leading to female and male infertility. They cause profound disturbances in almost all metabolic processes, suppress and break the immune system, leading to a state of so-called "chemical AIDS". Recent studies have confirmed that dioxins cause deformities and problematic development in children. Dioxins enter the human body in several ways: 90 percent – with water and food through the gastrointestinal tract, the remaining 10 percent - with air and dust through the lungs and skin. These substances circulate in the blood, deposited in adipose tissue and lipids of all cells of the body without exception. Through the placenta and with breast milk, they are transmitted to the fetus and the child. By the way, the air is never checked here, although there are requirements in different industries, and dust is a special issue loved by managers. Then they still complain of feeling unwell.

The devastation is wild, the passage yard, the beds of the flowing rivers are littered with construction debris, pipes, cows and goats graze everywhere, with appropriate secretions, the land has the appearance of a dirty green cracked swamp through which water enters the reservoir, which is in an emergency condition, is not observed by anyone and is not serviced. In fact, it's worse. It is not cleaned, including. But the money is laundered precisely for these purposes. There are undeveloped thieves and scammers in the leadership, boasting that they have suspended all specialists, destroyed the structure once created by the state. The whole district of consumers complains about them, and that's all. Let it be as a small introduction before I get ready to describe the technical condition of our waterworks and its "contents". Therefore, if you pay for water, you must respect yourself, first of all, and be able to demand a quality product, not a fabulous one. By the way, all these deposits are also in pipes that are never cleaned and change only in case of an accident, which is unacceptable.

In general, is it clear what the quote is about? Every infection float in suspended state in the water, birds, driven by construction sites from their habitats, prowl through landfills, throwing garbage into the reservoir; nothing is ever cleaned, viruses, bacteria multiply, a pandemic has been called, but they fight it mainly on paper, and with citizens who will not understand what they want from them. The bacchanal has begun, there is no justice for anyone. I wouldn't be surprised if mutagenic processes are still affected by offspring.

Ivanushka may be a fool, but this is a collective image of the people. And if you turn to personalities – do you love yourself? Even if most of the water supply is from rivers, although this is not the case, then the whole ecology is poisoned for well-known reasons. That's why the worldwide struggle began under the code name "coronavirus" with the gradual return of ecology to its state, close to nature, and not to human amateur activity.

And where are your sanitary and epidemiological services?

The disease is COVID-19, and the coronavirus causing it is SARS-CoV-2. That seems to be right (in Ukraine). And in Russia – 2019-NCOV, or – 2019-nCoV.

Previously, they went, checked the shops – took swabs from the counters and door handles, in case of violations, immediately dismissed the director.

Refrigerators for various purposes are never washed or thawed, workplaces in various industries. Never.

Stray and neglected municipal cats, dogs, officials have bred, and are protected by the state.

Polluted municipal rivers and reservoirs, including for drinking purposes, runoff into the sea. And engineering networks? And storm sewers?

Streets, bus stops, given to speculators to be torn to pieces – they never wash.

Sidewalks and lawns polluted by abandoned vehicles are never cleaned.

Countless chaotic–looking construction sites with emergency networks are never put in order and are not checked.

The proliferated car washes without projects, often at the expense of sidewalks, are the same, at the expense of entire streets and, in the courtyards of residential buildings.

Shaking out rugs and cleaning carpets in a residential area, throwing garbage from household vacuum cleaners under trees in courtyards.

Barbaric destruction of city parks and green spaces.

Inability to maintain beaches.

Lack of specialists, unwillingness to work, mutual responsibility, theft of specific budget funds and tariffs for services paid by the population.

Urban garbage dumps, deliberate unwillingness to serve the housing stock, which is expressed in theft on a particularly large scale, taking into account the payment by the population.

The absence of urban parking for vehicles, the absence of end points of public transport services; the complete absence of public toilets, or, turning them into hotels and dolphinariums.

In all pharmacies, they always put medicines where the money goes. In stores – similarly.

In my city, they have been selling dirty vegetables covered with earth all their lives in shopping facilities, not only on the ground, in order to hide low-quality goods at an inappropriate price. Even 30-35 years ago I had to see clean, packaged, cut off from the "tails" vegetables, fruits, greens (do not confuse) in Kiev stores, for example. They learned it in Europe. And in Europe, there is no other standard and, there was no. Where are your filthy orderlies during the epidemic – only door handles and masks are checked? But, the inside? Organize trade as it should be, and you will have additional earnings on this – these are not entrances, basements, attics and technical floors, courtyards of your slum residential and public funds under the supervision of public figures. That schools with gardens, that housing fund, that all other public institutions, from the municipality to the toilet, all look the same. We have already talked about the rivers. The very place for any infection in Russia, and this is also, we are talking about resorts. Imagine how everything else is.

The media is already hinting at the topic of coronavirus: "millions are at risk of starvation, in a number of countries more people will die from hunger caused by the pandemic than from the virus." So, they are looking for an approach and an excuse.

There is a lot to say, but there is also the main thing. And this already concerns world politics, just start here, there will be no end. I don't want to talk about it – I'm tired and for a long time. Everything has already been decided for humanity, at this stage there is a breakdown of consciousness left over from the age-old way of life, and humanity is being prepared for the future, pay attention to fiction. I never liked her, but it turned out that it was not for nothing that she was imposed on everyone, cooked.
