Minister of Defense of Ukraine

Yes, I want to say that. Journalists incoherently present events – they just want to create hype and confuse everyone, so that peoples their media continue to read and listen, endlessly.

The President of Ukraine dismissed the Minister of Defense and appointed a new one. The reason is needed to understand. No one will ever show the documents to the public. There is a war going on, the Minister of Defense is being removed – to weaken the army? They say: corruption. It is journalists who spread gossip and prove their incompetence and lack of professionalism.

Is it possible for an ordinary person to establish the reason? Yes (unless he's on an expedition to the Moon).

I look at the reports in the Russian media: the new minister is a Tatar, from the Crimea, they brought him there as a child from Uzbekistan. He lived in a small district town of Alushta. It is very surprising that such a career. I live in this city, and I have never heard of such a person. None of the residents heard.

My explanation. In 1991 there was a boom: Tatars were resettled in the Crimea from Uzbekistan "to their historical homeland." It was under Gorbachev, they said that in such treaties between countries, Gorbachev received a certain amount of money for each person, as a result, he was greatly enriched. Is it only on this? – On everything they enrich themselves, what they touch, using power. By the way, his wife was Uzbek. Since there is no communication with commoners in the highest circles, Gorbachev's wife was from the government clan of Uzbekistan. This is how they solve things, as they have done since ancient times.

The Tatars moved to the Crimea, initially behaved very modestly, but quickly got used to it. For several decades, they penetrated absolutely all positions in the state, even nondescript and insignificant, but as a result they found themselves in the majority among officials.

After 1991, the governments of Ukraine and Crimea turned out to be criminal – they mercilessly plundered Ukraine and Crimea, and the population. Banditry began. I know this well, because I am connected with these issues and am engaged in the fight against banditry in the state.

The Tatars were a new phenomenon for me, I began to be interested in them.

The vast majority of them are illiterate, despite the fact that some have Soviet-style diplomas of education. And modern diplomas – in Ukraine and in Russia they are simply sold as a commodity, and you don't even have to attend classes.

Tatars do not like to work and do not work – this is the mentality.

I'll make a reservation right away: I have no enmity towards any peoples, I just collect information and state the facts in order to draw the right conclusions for myself.

The Tatars immediately took a criminal stance towards the population, supporting the criminal government. They do not recognize laws or morality. So it was in Ukraine, now the same Tatars are also criminally working for the criminal Russia – against the people.

Living in the Crimea, over time I learned that the Tatars have a clan system, they are not free in any way and do not understand the right, freedom.

When the Kremlin seized Crimea in 2014, it turned out that Tatar clans had shared spheres of influence in Crimea with the Ukrainian government. They owned private transportation, half of the tourism industry, the other – I don't remember now. All services with their participation were organized primitively and illegally – as they know how and as they are used to in Uzbekistan. The government did not control them in this – on the contrary, everyone was in a hurry to rob the state and cash in. There was no law, there was no civilization here, I repeat.

Therefore, I understand why the government of Ukraine constantly advertised the Tatars and even, through the UN, the Ukrainian authorities found convenient performers for themselves, through which they could plunder the Crimea and the population. The Tatars are generally arrogant without limit, sensing such support.

From history I learn that Uzbekiston was formed during the collapse of the Golden Horde during the Tatar-Mongol invasion launched by Genghis Khan. And Uzbek was the leader, the khan who founded this state. Here, he was named after him – Uzbekiston.

For a long time, I could not find exactly who the Tatars were, where is their homeland? But I'm very persistent. True, I spent a lot of time – decades. The homeland of the Tatars is area near the Aral Sea in Central Asia, between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. My conclusion: when the sea began to dry up, they migrated with conquests, as is usually the case.

I also learned from history that water used to take up more space, from the Caspian Sea to the Atlantic Ocean: The Mediterranean Sea was large, and many modern countries or their coasts were under water. I don't remember for the Crimea: if a very, very long time ago, then only the peaks of the highest mountains of the Crimea were visible above the surface, but this was in the Upper Cretaceous period by geological definition – 100-66 million years ago.

As for the so-called Tatar-Mongol invasion, it began in Mongolia, more precisely, many centuries earlier – at the beginning of our era, and when moving forward, the Mongol tribes began to degenerate, they were joined by Tatar tribes, which then prevailed, although the Mongols and Tatars acted with varying success. They began to explore Central Asia and the Middle East, and Russia was of little interest to anyone – there was a very small population – a few million, then the Tatars moved to Europe. On the border with Europe, they were stopped and on the remnants of the collapsed Roman Empire, they were allowed to create their own state, now it is Turkey.

P.S. Where did I get the knowledge from? I used the works of the best historians and scientists of the United States and Great Britain, as well as the most famous Russian historians. At the same time, I mastered history and much more – in the part that interests me. But this is such a multifaceted topic that it affects archaeology, medicine, microbiology, and geology – a lot, therefore, takes a lot of time.

In the Journal of the Ministry of Education (until 1917, published under the Romanovs), I don't remember exactly, I ditched two hours searching, I think it's called the "Plan for the Conquest of the Crimea", 1891, later I will clarify, it is said that the Khan of the Crimea and the Khan of the Kazan Khanate were brothers, and the Kazan Khan helped the Crimean. It also says that the Tatars did not work, but lived by robbery – raids on the Poles, Ukrainians and Russians. Russia endured all this in order to maintain access to the Black Sea and further to the Mediterranean. Russia sent 30,000 of its workers to the Tatars – they took care of the gardens, etc. Russia also paid tribute to the Tatars, often triple, in order to maintain loyalty. Russia at that time was busy with wars in Europe - with Sweden and Poland, so Russia did not have enough troops to occupy the Crimea. At the end of the wars in Europe, Russia occupied the Crimea, and all the Tatars were evicted. Where to? It is not said – in an unknown direction. This was all during the reign of Catherine II.

But I digress, although the story is very interesting. Now the change of the Minister of Defense, this is a trick of Ukraine – to force the Tatar clans to incur costs and take part in the liberation of Crimea. That's fair. At the same time, it will turn out how much they need Crimea: the Tatars are greedy and dishonest, they serve anyone only for money, and they are not interested in Crimea itself in any way. Moreover, they have a mentality from Uzbekistan.

There was propaganda in Crimea that they were very much oppressed in Uzbekistan, so they were forced to leave. At about the same time that the resettlement to the Crimea began, only ten years later, I was in the Middle East and talked with exactly the same Tatars: some go to the Crimea, others to the United States, through transshipment bases. They told me that no one in Uzbekistan has ever oppressed them, they are just looking for benefits, namely, the clans that organize everything. There's a whole mafia out there, but that's another story.

I think I have determined the reason exactly: to attract the Tatars and their capital to the liberation of the Crimea. I think there will be liberation soon.

From biographical data in the Russian media about the new Minister of Defense of Ukraine. The information is contradictory, perhaps not accurate, but there are no other yet. To be honest, that's enough for me:

Name: Umerov Rustem Enverovich.

He was born on 19.04.1982 (age 41) in the city of Bulungur, Samarkand region (Uzbekistan) in a family of immigrants from Alushta. Others write differently: some time after his birth, the family moved to the Crimean city of Alushta.

Ethnic Crimean Tatar.

He graduated from the Crimean boarding school for gifted children. There he won a scholarship from the State Department's Future Leaders Exchange Program (FLEX) and went to study in the United States. He returned to Ukraine in 1998 with a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's degree in finance from the National Academy of Management (Kyiv) with a degree in finance and credit.

He began his career as a top manager in the company of the Ukrainian operator lifecell (mobile operator in Ukraine), which is owned by the Turkish Turkcell, close to the Erdogan family.

He worked in the GSM / TDMA network development department as the head of the site management and legal support department.

He was the head of the procurement, logistics, and contract management departments.

He was responsible for sales at Lifecell and customer relations. He moved to ICG Investments, where he worked as Managing Director. He moved to the same position at iCapital.

Co-founder of the investment company ASTEM and its ASTEM Foundation. The Foundation funded Stanford University's New Leaders Ukrainian program. ASTEM manages investments in communications, information technology, and infrastructure.

Adviser to the leader of some Crimean Tatar structures, Mustafa Dzhemilev, from whom he received active assistance. Together with Dzhemilev, he was one of the initiators of the construction, with the support of Turkey, of 1000 apartments for internally displaced Crimean Tatars and privileged categories of Ukrainian citizens. An active figure in the Crimean Tatar movement, a member of the Kurultai, his brother Ruslan is one of the sponsors of the Mejlis, became a co-founder of the youth organization of the Mejlis "Bizim Kyrim" (Our Crimea).

People's Deputy of Ukraine.

He was appointed secretary of the Committee on Human Rights, De-occupation and Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories.

Chairman of the Temporary Special Commission of the Verkhovna Rada on Monitoring the Receipt and Use of International Material and Technical Assistance during Martial Law.

Deputy Head of the Permanent Delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. He joined the group for the development of the "state strategy for the de-occupation of Crimea and Sevastopol" under the National Security and Defense Council.

He was a co-chairman of the Crimean Platform deputy association, and was a member of the Ukrainian delegation at the talks with Russia in the spring of 2022.

He became a member of the delegation of Ukraine to participate in negotiations with the Russian Federation on the preparation and approval of a draft treaty on security guarantees for Ukraine.

Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.

He has never served in the army; he has no military education. In Russia, it is similar: Shoigu never served in the army, he did not study military science anywhere.

One of the shareholders of the Turkish company Turkcell. Also, the shareholder of the company is Oleksandr Mamut, a friend and partner of Roman Abramovich, who was an intermediary in organizing the Russian-Ukrainian negotiations in 2022. "The Turks are attached to the control panel of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. Ukraine's new defense minister will lobby for Bayraktar, or is this the contour of a new big deal in which Istanbul is a key player?" the Russians ask.

Umerov participated in the organization of a large-scale exchange of prisoners, including the commanders of the Ukrainian nationalist battalion "Azov". Ukrainian media claim that he managed to involve Turkey and Saudi Arabia in this process.

In other words, there is a lot of bargaining between countries, between clans, how they will divide the income from the ownership of Crimea among themselves. They have not yet begun to liberate Crimea, but have already divided it into spheres of influence, as before, which is disgusting. Of course, this Umerov is the son of the head of some clan, who is put forward to command immediately after school, who is unable to work independently, to be responsible for his actions, to bear risks, and to whom the mafia draws up all its transactions. He is a fictitious person. And you say: abilities ..., democracy ..., obey your mother ... They needed access to the Black Sea, so the Tatar from the thieves' department of state property turned out to be the Minister of Defense, having neither education nor a concept of war.

A Person from Ukraine: Memory of Humanity – Against Oblivion / Человек с Украины: Память человечества – против забвения / Людина з України: Пам’ять людства – проти забуття

A Person from Ukraine: Memory of Humanity – Against Oblivion I am an ordinary person from Ukraine, from Crimea (Alushta). I am an engineer. In 2009, I realized that a personal computer is not just a machine, but the guardian of my life. Since then, I have been storing personal documents, family photos, work projects, thoughts, music and films. Over the years, I have felt more and more clearly that the modern world is erasing personality. Wars, refugees, artificial intelligence , algorithms – all this turns a person into an “average value”. Leaders without ideas, the abolition of faith, constant comparison – and millions of worthy people throughout the history of Earth remain nameless. I do not want my thoughts, the life of my family and the lives of ordinary people to disappear without a trace. That would be a disgrace for all of humanity. That is why I propose a simple but powerful idea: Create a “ Capsule of Humanity’s Memory ” – a long-lasting storage medium accessible t...

Signs of Occupation.

Date: September 6, 2025 Signs of Occupation I live in Crimea, in Alushta. I’ll try to make sense of it. I’m fed up. In general, without emotions or details for now–but details are necessary and will follow later. The question of signs of occupation in Crimea, including Alushta, requires examining both historical context and the current situation in light of international law and political realities. The term "occupation" is used here in the context of international law, where Crimea is considered an occupied territory of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, as per UN resolutions and other international documents. Signs of Occupation from the Perspective of International Law Under the Hague Conventions (1907) and Geneva Conventions (1949), occupation is defined as the temporary control of one state over another’s territory without the consent of the international community or the legitimate sovereign. For Crimea, this stems from the 2014 annexation by Russia following a...
